My motto is in both business and life is, “those with understanding are primed to over-achieve.” I believe that empathy is the highest form of intelligence. In order for win-win solutions to thrive, a certain amount of empathy is required. I pride myself on embodying the highest level of that empathy in both life and career. I have the leadership style of a visionary--utilizing my gift for “thinking outside of the box” to create and realize new advantages. My love for knowledge, wisdom, and understanding fuels my unending passion to learn. I accept direction and leadership with the utmost respect and loyalty. My honor is built upon the empathy that I center my life on, and I take my honor to its highest potential.My experience in the non-profit sector, (as a service provider and a former service recipient) is abundant. My dream is to inspire an urban renaissance in crime-ridden low-income communities that have been victimized by negative social conditioning. I believe that the individuals within the “ghettos” of the U.S. have the potential to win prizes such as the Nobel Prize or the Pulitzer Prize. The deadly cycle of victimization must be reversed by way of a revolution. Not a revolution of violence and brutality, but an evolution of intellectualism, ingenuity, creation, and most importantly--empathy. I work to inspire an Enlightenment age--one that will sustain the next level of evolution by utilizing the marginalized communities that many have given up on. By using an asset-based approach, I believe that the vision of a sustainable and bright future for the “super-organism” we call the human race is possible.I am currently focused on utilizing my creative talents to bring about inspiration. I am writing several ground-breaking screenplays, as well as several books and novels. I have a distinct style of poetry and visual art. I am in the process of beginning a blog based on positive inspirations.
