During the Summer and Fall I worked as an Orientation Leader where I worked with one other upperclassman to be in charge of a group of 40 incoming freshmen. We were in charge of their orientation and making sure they were doing well in school their first semester on campus. In the Spring I worked as an Office Assistant where I would come in and help with all things in the Student Services Office. Helped to inventory our storage closet, brainstorm ways to improve orientation program, and help students as they come into office.

I was part of the 2017 Mountain Outreach Summer Team. Over the course of the summer we built a home for a deserving family from the ground up. We also built porches and ramps across the county and surrounding counties for those who were in need. We built one picnic shelter in a government housing area for groups to have a place to come and work with the children in the area.

I worked at Walmart for one summer as a CAP Team member on the first shift. We were in charge of organizing the back room and pulling items from storage to then be placed out on the floor. I had to be at work at 4:00 A.M. on Weekdays and then 6:00 A.M. on Saturdays.
