Daniel Beshah has basic experience in Railway Engineering, project coordination of civil works of any sort; planning and supervision of different civil (roads, water and railway) projects. He has more than 17 years of experience in the civil engineering profession of which more than 15 years was dedicated mainly on supervision of railway works. Wide experience in Railway Engineering, FIDIC Project Administration, Project Management and coordination of civil and infrastructure works of any sort; management, planning, control and supervision of projects. More than 15 years dedicated experience on supervision of railway works in various positions: Team Leader, Resident Engineer, Deputy Team Leader, Principal Resident Engineer, Railway Engineer, Contracts Engineer, Technical Team Leader. The working experience is situated in: Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Uganda.  Worked with different international firms and has experience in railway design and construction supervision (a particular specialization in Railway Engineering), road, building, and water projects. Worked on Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway Construction Works, Irmak-Karabük-Zonguldak Railway Rehabilitation, Modernization of Samsun-Kalın Railway Line in Turkey, Doubling of Main Railway Line 2, Hofuf-Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and on the Rehabilitation of the Tororo-Gulu Railway Line in Uganda. The role of the Engineer in these projects are Design Review and Construction Supervision. Extensive exposure in management of railway track and bridge works contract. Alongside the contract management, he has extensive quality control and quantity surveying experience in railway, road, water, and building projects. Extensive experience in commissioning, financial analysis, project estimation, Variations, Claims (DAB) and Arbitrations. Demonstrated both high levels of competence, and proficiency in management, correspondence, liaison and communication chiefly in English is a colossal asset for the task.

 Manage as a whole and lead the resident engineers, surveyors and supervisors in their day to day tasks;  Supporting the Key Engineers and the Experts in all duties related to supervision works; Schedule and coordinate the daily supervision activities of the Junior Resident Engineers and Surveyors along the track; Monitoring the work schedule fulfillment; Works progress control and evaluation/revision of contractor’s payment applications; Responsible for the proper implementation of the works; Control over the timely taking and returning of the possessions as well as co-signing of the relevant documents from the authorized representatives of the Engineer; Advise and consult about the End Recipient specific norms related with track possessions procedures; Permanent inspection of the work sites; Giving immediate notice on any anomalous situation detected; Supervise the commissioning works; Any other related task as defined/instructed by INECO and/or the Team Leader.
