Litigation Docket Manager
CurrentResponsible for managing the Firm's litigation docket by oversing daily activities required for maintenance of the Firm’s docket files and records and manages new clients, including drafting and tracking representation agreements and overseeing new client set-up in both the legal departments and billing & finance department. In my role I supervise paralegals and, as applicable, administrative staff, to oversee casemanagement and file management. I work to stay abreast of the new technology and improved processes to help the Firm remain at the forefront of innovation in meeting our clients’ expectations for high quality andcost-effective legal service and make recommendations of implementation.
