I began consulting for Atu Tech, one of Romania's biggest online store and a market leader in security products. Atu Tech was the first company where I fully implemented the KIMONO Framework within an in-house marketing department. My approach involved halting all external services that could be managed internally and constructing processes and systems based on the KIMONO Framework. I also created roles, systems, and automations to maximize the potential of the in-house marketing department.

Driven by the challenges observed in previous agencies, I founded Aspendos to offer a more effective approach to marketing. I was accorded the honor of being welcomed by SalesGenomics, a prestigious entity headquartered in Dubai, to contribute to their extensive team of over 100 professionals, serving a global clientele. I undertook the leadership of a diverse cohort comprising copywriters, content creators, SEO specialists, influencers, and more, catering to the agency’s clients. My responsibilities encompassed orchestrating the entire strategy and the deployment of advertising campaigns within their accounts, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand narrative. This role deepened my expertise in managing large-scale marketing operations and leading cross-functional teams.
