I began consulting for Atu Tech, one of Romania's biggest online store and a market leader in security products. Atu Tech was the first company where I fully implemented the KIMONO Framework within an in-house marketing department. My approach involved halting all external services that could be managed internally and constructing processes and systems based on the KIMONO Framework. I also created roles, systems, and automations to maximize the potential of the in-house marketing department.

My responsibilities encompassed orchestrating the entire strategy and the deployment of advertising campaigns within their accounts, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand narrative. This role deepened my expertise in managing large-scale marketing operations and leading cross-functional teams.
