As the Sustainability Officer at ESW, I drive impactful change by strategically influencing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring sustainability is seamlessly integrated into every facet of our organization. With a passion for cultivating a sustainable corporate culture, my role extends beyond traditional boundaries. From serving as the point of contact for key clients to chairing CSR committee meetings and managing relationships with external agencies, I play a pivotal role in establishing ESW as a leader in sustainable business practices. Leveraging my M.Sc in Sustainable Development, I am committed to steering ESW towards a future where people and the planet thrive together.

I created and lead the newly professionalised branding and design team within DECC. I am responsible for content creation across a wide range of platforms. I am the "Guardian of the Brand" and must ensure correct use of the Government of Ireland branding across all publications from the Department and our Agencies.As the head of events I have project managed large events with national importance such as: - DECC presence at the National Ploughing Championships - Launch of the Climate Action Plan (2019 & 2021) - High Level Consultative Forum ( Climate Action Plan)Internal Communications and Employee Engagement are a key element to my current role. The importance of Employee Engagement has grown over the past few years so I strive to keep staff informed and engaged on all aspects of communications.
