- Accounting: Monthly reporting IFRS, annual statutory financials statements local-GAAP, external audits (PWC) and filings at different supervisory boards across Latam.- Tax Compliance: Responsible for filing Federal and State taxes for the region. Deal with Tax audits. Work on Tax refunds and Tax benefits.- Annual budgeting process and monthly deviation analysis for the department.- Transformation: Support and manage major change initiatives as necessary, including business development activities, integration of new businesses and migration to new financial systems and processes.- Reporting: Present results, to senior management. Participate in business reviews and represent the financial implications of the business strategy to regional and global leadership team.
