Hi, I’m Daniel 👋 My journey began in Bad Oeynhausen, where I spent half of my life before moving to Berlin to study Media Management & Digital Design. I pursued a Master’s degree in Media Technology and Communication in Braunschweig and then gained my first professional experience at a small advertising agency in Bielefeld.After seven years of freelance work in Berlin, which provided me with valuable insights into software development and creative projects, I returned to North Rhine-Westphalia. Here, in familiar surroundings, I enjoy the proximity to family and friends and pursue my passions for photography, LEGO, and music.My fascination with photography has deep roots in my family history. My father was always ready with a camera to capture precious moments, inspiring me to continue this passion. Today, I have the privilege of incorporating this creativity into my work, both as a photographer and author, and as a software developer.As the CTO at Octily, I work together with a talented team around the globe, where we specialize in creating innovative and personalized solutions for Cornerstone OnDemand, the leading cloud-based talent experience platform.
