Supporting 13 Asia, Oceania & Sub-Saharan Africa markets as an expert across Nestlé’s learning technologies landscape including LMS, CMS, virtual classroom, MOOC, self-paced learning as well as content authoring tools. Building market users' capability, promoting adoption, and optimizing the use of multiple technologies. From creation of content to its management, localization and delivery of blended/hybrid learning solutions to its reporting and analytics. Learning administration, including set up of libraries, content and curricula, automatic assignments, managing access, and reporting. Building and optimizing processes and workflows. Running and evaluating pilots/PoVs for new platforms and technologies like LXPs, VR solutions, gamification and hybrid learning platforms. Building digital content at global/regional level. Creating alternate delivery solutions for markets with technological challenges. Mobile app solutions development. SCORM/xAPI integrations. Troubleshooting and resolving technology issues. Supporting markets in deployment of global/regional learning solutions. Project managing regional work packages.
