Current- Assisted in a Leveling Program to help create clear career trajectories for the Customer Support Department- Helped create a new entry-level role in the Customer Support Department- Organized and administered the hiring process for the Support team, leading to 7 successful hires in 2021 and 2022- Currently managing all Associate Customer Support Analysts by overseeing onboarding scheduling trainings, running weekly meetings, and facilitating weekly 1:1s- Administering the Customer Support team's account in Zendesk and leveraging Zendesk's Explore feature to track data and increase the team's efficiency
