Full legal representation of the company, financial management, preparation of contracts and tenders, keeping contact with the production and partners, product and website development, analyzing and developing internal processes, marketing management, preparation of statistics and reports

Supervising the operation of the customer service and the office, organizing and assigning tasks to team members, delivery planning of incoming orders, handling sensitive nature of cases regarding orders and customer queries

Handling disputes of travel and corporate partners, discovering root causes of the system issues, making weekly and monthly reports, contacting other departments, rental stations, account and sales managers on a daily basis in order to handle partner's queries, participating in conference calls with partners.

Supervision of the main projects within the call centre (Wizz Air, Wizz Tours, ING, Honda) full management of the Wizz Tours customer service department, testing internal systems and programs (Navitaire Skyspeed, Travelbox), holding training courses for new joiners, creating reports
