• Supporting the strategic direction, implementation and evaluation of a wide-scale data analytics architecture initiative for a major US Health Insurero Managing multiple technical work-streams related to the delivery of a key reporting tool as part of the organization’s new data analytics architecture including overseeing the end-to-end SDLC process, facilitating working sessions with stakeholders, and identifying/mitigating program risks and issues. o Developed an Operational reporting framework to provide advanced BI analytics to Senior Leadership on the adoption and performance of the reporting tools comprising the new data analytics architecture.

• Quantitatively estimated and modelled the costs/benefits of two major social policy initiatives in KSA (‘Impact of Policy Change’, Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, 2018 – details confidential) using econometric techniques to support and inform policy recommendations for government representatives • Supported the design of a Saudi Arabian healthcare transformation strategy by analysing clinical activity data for stroke/trauma/ACS in the Kingdom and identifying pain points in the current patient pathways o Translated pain point analysis into an actionable plan for transformative change, in collaboration with senior officials within the Ministry of Health • Independently conducted Kaplan-Meier survival analysis to data from a four-year study conducted by a large US medical devices company to test for statistical differences in outcomes between two cohort groups o Aggregated and analysed Medicare/Medicaid data using R to determine clinical effectiveness/benefit to system of medical intervention and presented findings to board of directors. • Produced a validated and tested framework for future hearing research prioritistation in the NHS by disseminating a Delphi survey to experts globally to understand current research gaps, analysing the outputs using mathematical techniques to measure consensus and then testing the findings with an NHS steering group.

• Collaborated with Client Markets to investigate the market for an up-and-coming alternative to private medical insurance and assess the potential business opportunity for Swiss Re. o Independently presented findings to the Head of Life and Health products for the EMEA region. • Forecasted future inpatient and outpatient costs associated with Swiss Re’s corporate medical insurance portfolios using a combination of historic claims data and interest rate trends.
