As a Bell Property Support Coordinator, I was responsible for supporting the customizing value streams, providing rework support to customizing value streams and supporting aircraft maintenance department. I also supported the Bell Ft Worth warranty manager for claims involving customizing equipment.Responsibilities:- Received Material Discrepancy Reports (MDR) from the value streams. Determined whether the discrepancy meets MDR requirements. Sent parts request form to BHTCL for approval and replacement. Order, receive and issued MDR parts. Disposition discrepant parts as directed by BHTCL and in accordance with FAA regulations.- Followed up on parts and report status to customizing manager and value streams as needed.- Worked with accounting department to insure MDR work orders are closed and invoiced properly.- Received warranty claims for customizing equipment from customers and/or Bell Ft Worth Warranty manager. Determined if warranty is valid. Initiated action to resolve the warranty claim. Followed up and reported the status to Customizing Manager and Warranty manager as required.- Processed warranty claims for customers A/C coming through the maintenance department.- Inducted, maintained and ensured timely billing for all Bell Property components to be repaired from fielded customers and programs- Accessed and utilized multiple Bell information systems (SAP, Visual ERP, CRM accounting, billing, contracts, estimating, purchasing, and shipping) to provide accurate responses of order status, projected delivery dates, and any other information requested- Maintained accurate inventory, work-in-progress, and scrap component data to be reported to internal departments weekly through multiple systems-Acted as the liaison between procurement and multiple internal departments to resolve issues while understanding when an issue requires escalation for satisfactory resolution.
