Highlands 2 Base Mechanic
- Primary Rotor Wing mechanic who is responsible for support the daily maintenance of the Bell 407GX series aircraft at base. Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications to airframes, rotors and appliances.

Determined if warranty is valid. Initiated action to resolve the warranty claim. Followed up and reported the status to Customizing Manager and Warranty manager as required.- Processed warranty claims for customers A/C coming through the maintenance department.- Inducted, maintained and ensured timely billing for all Bell Property components to be repaired from fielded customers and programs- Accessed and utilized multiple Bell information systems (SAP, Visual ERP, CRM accounting, billing, contracts, estimating, purchasing, and shipping) to provide accurate responses of order status, projected delivery dates, and any other information requested- Maintained accurate inventory, work-in-progress, and scrap component data to be reported to internal departments weekly through multiple systems-Acted as the liaison between procurement and multiple internal departments to resolve issues while understanding when an issue requires escalation for satisfactory resolution.
