Provide customer service at a high-volume call center. Manage incoming queue calls as well as escalated request, projects, and e-mail service tickets. Duties include technical troubleshooting, creating work orders, processing credit card and check payments, directing various requests to appropriate departments.

As a cashier I have to scan and pack merchandise, handle various forms of payment, and greet, thank, and assist customers as needed. I must handle duties efficiently and quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience. I must also do the duties of a bagger when needed.

As a CSA, or bagger, I had to bag and carry merchandise, help customers carry merchandise out to their vehicles, help customers find items, and assist them with anything else they might need. I also frequently brought shopping carts in from the parking lot and returned merchandise to shelves or damaged items to appropriate collection areas as needed.

As an intern at Bismeaux I assisted with setup, teardown, mic placement and troubleshooting for both live and studio productions. Live productions included the recording and filming sessions for "The Texas Music Scene with Ray Benson" at Texas Music Theater in San Marcos, TX and a live DVD recording for Curtis Grimes at The Parish in Austin, TX. I assisted with full band and overdub sessions for Ray Benson. In addition, I made coffee and picked up lunch for staff and clients.

As an intern at Studio M I helped with the renovation of one of the studio's mixing rooms by helping to move and connect equipment, picking up supplies, and helping to repaint the walls. My other responsibilities included helping with setup and tear down for recording sessions and the live concerts for Michael Morales's Rockstar Academy program, and keeping the studio clean and making coffee, as well as cashiering and assisting with instruction during Rockstar Academy classes.

As a audio operator I mixed performer microphones and controlled music cues and transitions during performances and rehearsals as well as distributing wireless microphones to performers and maintaining equipment.As a stagehand I helped clean the set every day, handled props between scenes and triggered moving set components.
