Bonga Flex Joint Replacement Project – Offshore Manager in charge of planning, execution, monitoring, resource balancing, and stakeholder management across 3 continents (North America, Europe, Africa).· Led the safe and successful completion of the Offshore Bonga Flex Joint Replacement Project replacing the Gas Export and Water Injection Riser Flex joints for 3 units on the Shell Bonga FPSO while in production, 680,500+ manhours.· Managed 350+ personnel offshore (Client, Company, and 3rd party resources) to ensure performance, HSSE KPI’s delivery and compliance to all required safety protocols, including all implementation of COVID19 protocols mid project.· Single Point accountable person offshore for execution of project and accountable for all in-field variances & revisions, coordinating Management of Change to ensure seamless work execution, to minimize/eliminate possible downtime, reducing cost & schedule escalations.· Directed offshore team for 6x Interface Frame Installations onto BONGA FPSO prior to Flex Joint Replacement scope.· Direct offshore teams to establish a positive team spirit, inspiring team members on HSSE culture supporting the project.· Project lead on COVID19 Recovery Plan to recertify and Shell Premob entire fleet for re-deployment offshore post COVID19 outbreak on Construction Support Vessel.· Recertified & Commissioned 2x IMCA Dive Systems per SHELL, ABS, & IMCA standards, successfully used in 550+ offshore dives on project.· Demobilized 120 crew and project assets from CSV with 24 hour notice, including ABS decompression chamber, 2x tug winches and power modules, 8 containers of project equipment and critical spares, and project lift accessories.· Demobilization of project platforms at 80% completion, removing 22+ offshore structures, decommissioning each, and returning all integrated systems to USA (Lift Accessories, Welding Modules, Winches and Seatrax Cranes) and Dive System to our yard.

Analyzed data for lead time assessment evaluations, delivery metrics, and management reviews, achieving 620,000+ manhours and LTI Free.· Turnkey Fabrication of 22+ offshore work platform systems, including welding and utilities systems, ABS & IMCA Classed Dive Systems, and hazardous area class winch systems (32+ winches).· Reconciled daily operational information for accuracy and efficiency. Reviewed critical spare inventory information and made data-driven recommendations for timely deliveries.
