Created and developed the dedicated National Investor Relations Department for the company. This department combined the REO Department, Tax Sale Certification Department and added a dedicated place for real estate investors to close their transactions. The Tax Sale Certification product introduced the company to many national investors who appreciated the service so much that they also brought to the company all of their traditional business. The dedicated department was able to cater to each investor’s needs which turned into over 2 million dollars in revenue and a department of 12 people.

Promoted as the Central Indiana Regional Operations Manager. I managed over 60 employees in 7 different offices scattered throughout the region. I was responsible for all aspects of the business operations and traveled to each location to insure the office operations were running smoothly. The Central Indiana Region consistently generated over 4 million dollars in revenue and was the largest region in the company.While managing the Central Indiana Region, I created a new revenue stream to the company which was insuring tax sale properties without the need for a Quiet Title. I was able to develop this product from my extensive knowledge of the tax sale process from preparing title reports for the top tax sale attorneys in Indiana and by managing the tax sale contract for the Auditor of Marion County. The tax sale contract for Marion County consisted of searching, examining, typing and determining proper addresses for all lien holders for over 1,000 properties that were sold annually at the tax sale. The county utilized the reports to send tax sale notices to all of the interested parties of record which in turn provided proper notice so that the tax sale would not be invalidated. The Tax Sale Certification Product in 2012, 2013 and 2014 generated over 1 million dollars in revenue for the company.

Created and developed Meridian Title’s dedicated REO department. The department started with 3 employees and then grew to 12 employees. I was responsible for managing the new hires, searching, title production, closing, recording and policy issuance. The department’s annual revenue ended up being over 2 million dollars per yearCreated and developed Meridian Title’s centralized title department. This department was responsible for all of the company’s title searching and title commitment production for over 30 Meridian Title offices throughout the States of Indiana and Michigan. I developed all of the systems, procedures and quotas for the 20 employees that produced on a consistent basis over 100 title products per day
