Oversaw an area of 400 residents living in two separate buildings. Supervised 12 resident advisors (RA) and meet with each RA on an individual basis. Challenged and supported student staff to grow as leaders. Created staff meeting agendas and facilitated weekly staff meetings. Served in an on-call weekend duty rotation with one full-time professional staff member. Responded to crises and determined immediate actions that needed to be taken. Approved and evaluated area-wide programs. Maintained budget for programming. Served as a conduct hearing officer and assigned appropriate sanctions. Conducted weekly facilities walks and followed up on building maintenance issues.

Work on projects for the Provosts or Depute Provosts. Help schedule meetings and plan events as well as handle paperwork that comes to the office from other departments.

Be a lesion between the office of residence life and the RA staff. Work with Residence Hall Association as a way of helping facilitate programs between RHA and RA's. Help with running meetings and keeping team moral up.

Helping students with projects and printing. Trouble shooting computer issues.

Run a three hour lab each week with two to five students in attendance. Do inventory and stock of chemicals kept in dark room. Help student trouble shoot any problems wall encouraging them to continue doing there best work. Maintain safe handle of chemicals wall teaching student tradition photography practices.
