I supported KPMG Canada's thriving advisory practice primarily on technology based engagements and advised on matters related to the licensing of digital solutions within the KPMG Network and with outside providers. I was also the representative for KPMG Canada on KPMG's global technology's law group. KPMG's advisory practice offers management consulting services including systems integration, risk consulting, cyber security, data & analytics and many other digital services, leveraging strategic alliances with the world's largest IT companies.

I was a member of the national executive of CCCA for five (5) years which culminated in my presidency in 2019/2020. As the global pandemic wreaked havoc across the planet, CCCA had to re-think the way it delivered services and value to its members. We evolved with tremendous agility and creativity from an in-person event provider to a full online offering which ended up better serving our constituents as we are a pan-Canadian association. Through this transformation, our membership is more engaged and energized than ever as we now deliver more programming to more in-house counsel across the country.

I negotiated large enterprise agreements with TD Bank's main technology suppliers including cloud and telecommunication providers.Ensured the application of TD Bank's contractual standards and processes in all supplier negotiations. Provided legal support to the IT Services group on various contractual arrangements.

As Senior Corporate Counsel, I supported large enterprise deals involving the provision of printing devices, document management solutions and workflow solutions in Canada and the United States. As Corporate Secretary for the Canada Unit, I oversaw all corporate transactions involving Xerox Canada affiliates. Finally, as Chief Privacy Officer for the Canada Unit, I handled all matters related to the collection, processing, disclosure and cross-border transfer of personal information in the custody of Xerox Canada.
