• Developed team capabilities to integrate eNodeB equipment for COW/COLTs. Currently managing and performing the integration Trial in the SE Region including UTRAN Integration / Pre-Integration. Developed the process workflow and application design of a web application utilized to manage Integration projects that incorporates PACE Milestones updated daily with automation. Workflow includes assignment of jobs to teams and individuals. Also developed a desktop report application that provides excel custom tracker and report output reflecting real-time web app database record data that incorporates email automation. • Launched the MasTec Network Solutions (MNS) ACAS Maintenance Program. Developed the cross-functional process for both ACAS Maintenance and Warranty programs as well as process workflow and application design of the web based ACAS maintenance application and the maintenance mobile app designed to manage maintenance and warranty workflow interactively with vendors and internal market teams. Developed desktop ACAS report utility application linked to ACAS database records Also developed the desktop ACAS work-order utility designed to deliver maintenance and warranty work orders in an excel workbook format delivered with email automation.• Architect of growth from 12 to 50 personnel and development of a business unit, conceived and implemented a cloud based network operations center providing OSS Support for a major telecom wireless carrier across the SE Region of the U.S. Expanded the OSS support business to encompass all SE Region markets and continued to generate excellent margins through continuous improvement and change management for processes, applications, and OSS automation. Reached peak production managing 15,000 site visits and 50,000 calls per month while also performing engineering, scripting, Data-fill creation and Implementation services with a staff of 48 personnel. Managed ½ million site visits through a custom web Application.

• Since Seneca Communications startup in 2002 through growth exceeding 180 employees and eventual acquisition by MasTec in 2010, led the effort to develop processes, workflows and associated software applications for project tracking and reporting that facilitated company growth and operational efficiency, and led the effort to deploy, maintain and improve IT solutions. • Developed the OSS Support team from core personnel providing basic OSS bridge support in Louisiana and the Carolinas into a call-center business that provided engineering services, scripting, data-fill, and OSS Implementation of data-fill, and scripting, supplanting duties performed by the Mobility Provisioning Center (MPC) in the Southeast Region to generate windfall margins due to the attainment of key personnel, development of new entry level personnel, as well as the OSSTracker web application, and report automation design and development resulting from process, workflow, and documentation development and continuous training and improvement initiatives.

• In partnership with Hughes Network Systems, led teams into Russia, and the Czech Republic to install commission and launch the initial deployments of Hughes GMH 2000 wireless system. • Purchased, refurbished, and sold a NovAtel 800CM cellular system - then led a team to engineer, install and launch that system, deployed across 10 helicopter access mountain top sites in Southeast Alaska.

• Responsible for the installation and implementation of NovAtel 800CM cellular systems at customer sites nationwide providing turnkey service from installation through customer acceptance.• Duties included project planning, hardware installation, database and hardware configuration, and digit-translations; switch commissioning, system administration, base station installation and commissioning, and training of customers. • Provided system support and administration of VAX-VMS and UNIX Operating systems using an Oracle Database, and generated and implemented system database loads for site specific applications.

• Conceived and Implemented test and repair methods and procedures that improved the productivity of products including Satellite uplink/downlink equipment, and trained personnel.

• Responsible for operation and maintenance of airborne communication and navigation systems on board the B52G, KC-135 aircraft while with Strategic Air Command, and F4G aircraft while stationed in Europe.
