I am an Enthusiastic brewer, with a background in Molecular Biology and Genetics from my undergraduate degree. I have had experience in a wide variety of jobs everything from storeroom management, Ticket sales, Production and Customer information. Throughout my masters degree in brewing I had the opportunity to design my own beer and produce for sale as part of the cuckoo collaborative project, producing Laima's Luck a lime and coriander hefeweizen that I am very proud of. Also as part of the course I had the amazing opportunity to compete for the Carlsberg Re-Brew award for my ideas for innovation within the industry that I had the good fortune to win.
