I am responsible for implementing sales strategies across the entire company. It is my responsibility to ensure all colleagues are aware of the company standards relating to sales. I overlook six facilities in all, ranging from a small public site with 800 members to a large private site with 3000+ members. I ensure all colleagues work towards KPI’s and have adequate training in order to do their job effectively.
