Regular training with all sales executives and customer facing staff in groups and one-to-one to increase sales performance. Training based around, company details, product FOB’s, customer benefits, sales process best practise, hooking and closing techniques, presentation skills and objection handling.3. Key account handling with group pre-arranged KPI’s to monitor and assist in achievement, as well as progress and action plan reporting back to group and management team.4. Sales presentations to prospective customers ranging from small business to board level.6.
