Current• Creates personalized options for client’s events, tailoring each plan to meet customer’s needs, including budget and audience• Develops a deep rapport with clients and excellent customer service with an emphasis on client retention.• Collaborate and builds strong relationships with operations, vendors, and other partners to deliver a top-notch experience for clients.• Effectively collaborates with peers and leadership to identify and problem-solve any event or customer challenges to ensure customer experience runs smoothly. • Follow -up with clients after the event ends to gain feedback, upkeep report, and maintain client relationships for future events. • Examines client survey scores to determine potential risks of business loss, always looking to sharpen skills and aim for improvement.. Meet with potential client on venue site visits to provide insight to our services.. Meet with contracted clients on pre-planning onsite visits to provide quotes, recommendations, and additional information to help with the planning process. • Supported company initiatives, business strategies, and core values.
