I am part of the management team in our Business & Technology Solutions practice and responsible for our Aarhus office.I am managing a team of 11 highly talented consultants ranging from graduates to senior within the Project Management area.Furthermore, I am currently in the lead for a Nordic Capgemini team's delivery at a renewable energy sector client.

As a Senior Consultant, I have been advising clients on Business Intelligence transformations, helped clients accelerate their DevOps journey, and spearheaded bid proposals, working as a Project Manager, Scrum Master and Bid Manager.

As a Consultant, I have been in the lead of multiple digital transformation and process improvement projects, working as a Project Manager, Scrum Master and SAFe® SPC Trainer.

I was hired as a graduate within Capgemini's graduate program, and had the opportunity to work in different sectors as Project Manager during the 18-month program.

Responsible for user involvement in relation to the development of anti-money laundering and compliance software.

I taught user-driven design to 25 students. I planned and organized the lectures, as well as supervised the students.
