Approving and executing major and minor changes to the CTI infrastructure Monitor, manage and support all batch processing and online environments ensuring all Quality Deliverables and SLA's are met. Using Service Now for indecent and change processes. Monitor batch processes for delays, by researching and adjusting times in the internal late start notification tables for more accurate reporting. Assist internal/external users and Helpdesks with batch input and output queues, including printer issues. Utilize Omegaview, OPCE, Infoman, Virtual Tech, CICS, MVS, JES and Network skill sets to provide the management of these processes. Update Online Operational procedure manuals to ensure accuracy and audit compliance. Also using an MVS based system, using OPC scheduler.Worked in an IBM mainframe datacenter primarily in tape operations; resolved trouble tickets including contacting and working with hardware/software vendors and assisting with problem resolution for other datacenter sites; updated change records; performed off-site storage audits; maintained tape usage spreadsheets; participated in disaster recovery testing; updated and maintained tape library documentation (saving the CitiGroup $6000/year); performed PC support for my team; worked with virtual tapes; and performed server upgrades.• Worked with the following hardware: IBM, IBM silos; STK, Sun Microsystems; EMC2, Fi-Con Directors
