S&OP Responsible for Brazil. Function within the Brazil Supply Chain Management area. Working close to Marketing and Sales Teams, Factories, Finance and global S&OP teams. Main responsibilities are :- Lead Demand Planning and Forecast meetings with Sales & Product Managers.- Lead S&OP meetings for Local Factories.- Support LatAm S&OP for Global Factories with Brazil demand forecast figures.- Lead Make to Stock Inventory Planning. Inventory review meetings and generate Import / Purchase needs based on forecast.- Commercial Inventory Projection, support on Cash Flow analysis and impacts.- Generate and monitor key indicators such as: Demand Accuracy; Inventory KPIs (hit rate, coverage, aging, volume); Order realization lead time.
