Pleased to return to a company I know well as General Manager. My role is to enable all staff to be at there best and achieve there goals thus helping the club achieve. I oversee all sales and constant support and meetings with the Sales Manager to make sure processes are being followed and results are being driven and not demanded. I oversee all reception too, from stock, day passes, check ins etc the receptionist will report to me at the beginning and end of each shift. My role is to ensure the club runs smooth, hits targets and passes audits. To manage people and there growth.

I am now the GM for Fit4Less Warrington which is a private franchise bought through a company called Energie. We are a relatively new site so we are looking to form partnerships in and around Warrington, we will of course offer free memberships to managers and discount membership to there staff for any company willing to use and help promote our site. My job role is a combination of Sales Management and direct selling as well as the General Management of the club such as day to day running, payroll, stock, staffing, maintenance, equipment etc since my arrival we have now hit our quarterly sales target and that is a first for this site that opened in February 2014.
