17 years of retail management experience. Most recently I spent just under 9 years in a store manager role for Helly Hansen. During my tenure I had the opportunity to lead multiple store inventories outside of my own store. I played a key role in developing several policies and procedures for HH North America retail and was the "go to guy" for anything dealing with store operations. It was a very entrepreneurial environment that allowed me to gain extensive high level knowledge in sales and operations.I have a strong focus and understanding in operations, logistics, team development, margin growth, cost management, inventory control and top line sales.In May 2023 I needed a new challenge and made the switch to the beverage and service industry for Anheuser-Busch as a Sales Rep in the beautiful San Juan Islands. I'm a career oriented person who loves to be challenged and believes the only way to grow is by stepping out of your comfort zone. Although it can be frustrating at times, the end reward is always worth it. I value a strong work life balance, and having a career where it isn't just a job but instead it's a place you feel fulfilled in what you're doing, you're valued and it's something you believe in. All while having a good time.I love my family, road tripping, beer and the PNW. Life should be fun and so should your career.
