- Managing Green's Electrical contracts- Estimating

Manage the Electrical and Mechanical contracts on a large Residential Development,consisting of 258 apartments,Retail outlet and 2 levels of underground carparks.I have implemented systems for our electrical Rough in And Cut out that are proven to be more efficient and cost effective.A personal accomplishment was electing to haul the electrical mains cable (7 sets of 300mm XLPE) over 100m through two electrical pits and rising through two levels, I implemented the procedure and was actively involved in the installation. This decision saved us (green electrical & Airconditioning) in excess of $10k, if we were to subcontract this work.Installation of the Fire detection system and security system.In this development we are using fibre infrastructure, deleting the need for copper networks used in the past.The fibre will carry Foxtel, Free to air,Telecommunications, Internet and video intercom.I was also responsible for -- Managing and allocating labour - Ordering Material- Coordination with other trades, problems and resolutions- Organising and issuing variations- RFI's- Safety of all subordinates- OHS - Toolboxes

-Completed certificate 3 as an electrical apprentice-Telecommunications and data cabling for JB Hi Fi stores -Maintenance and new installations for government schools and police stations and law courts- Electrical Mains and Switchboard upgrades- Estimating small projects- Training electrical apprentices
