In this role I was responsible for overseeing and carrying out testing flows. I learnt about troubleshooting, collaborating as part of a team, and being responsible for the work of myself and a team of technicians. I deferred my studies for six months to take on this role which is why I am graduating mid-year.

Assembly and testing of smart water meters using power tools, manual tools, and testing software. This role required me to understand the function, assembly, and testing procedures of each of the company’s products, and to be able to troubleshoot faulty units.

Customer service – Refilling wine bottles – Operating pressurised system – Shop upkeep. In this role I was solely responsible for staffing the retail outlet of ReWine, handling all customer interactions, advising customers on their purchases, managing the till, and keeping the premises clean and tidy.
