Pricing And Business Analysis Manager
Current- Co-manage the annual financial and operational budgeting process that supports the firm’s strategic objectives; includes financial modeling and risk and opportunity analyses related to both revenue and expenses.- Liaise with partners and other administrative groups to manage RFP process. Ensure our pricing, whether at a case level or panel level, supports WilmerHale's business initiatives.- Develop and deliver financial presentations to Senior Administrators and core legal management, including department and practice chairs.- Co-lead our Regulatory and Government Affairs (RGA) Legal Department Practice Services Team with directors from Practice Management and Client Development; includes development of strategic initiatives within the RGA department focused on broader firmwide goals. - Create budget and pricing templates based on historical, comparable work to facilitate estimate and/or pricing arrangement construction; includes modeling key cost drivers.- Provide decision-support to Managing Directors, CFO, COO, and Senior Administrators; includes monthly statistical reporting, issue/problem identification from both business and financial perspectives, developing, analyzing, and quantitatively modeling realistic alternatives, and presenting recommendations.- Co-manage the development of partner financial dashboard highlighting individual partner metrics with drilldown capabilities. Present to and train partners during dashboard rollout.- Develop pricing strategies that address client requirements but meet WilmerHale’s financial goals. Work with firm Finance Committee on approvals for alternative pricing arrangements.
