Provided constituent service to several thousand young people by assisting with applications, reviewing eligibility, and issuing and mailing cards. Designed a new system using automation software to directly capture applications and documents and allow for easy review, all while keeping the constituent updated with automatic emails. System was adapted and implemented state-wide by the MBTA.
