Seeing my aptitude for understanding not only the technical side on my trade helping to educate and develop the new team members but also the business aspect, self branding and offering a high level service.During my time in this role I was able to develop a technically strong team and year on year steady clientele growth. The salons consistently were the highest performers on sales under my management. Joining the each companies business development team national competitions I sought be be a part of the Artistic Teams, reaching UK Finals, allowing me to further grow my technical abilities at the Sassoon Academy traveling the UK, Holland and China to put on shows and develop education. A strong technical team with the confidence and ability to perform at the highest of levels leads to successful teams and a profitable business.
