Technical support for all service engineers (EMEA Service Business Unit - Europe, Middle East, Africa) for the spectrometers XRF/XRD/EDX products.First line technical support for our agents and distributors (Russia, Asia).Act as the European Training Coordinator to support EMEA BU Team leaders, by identifying needs and define tailor made training for their respective service engineer teams. Leads and manages the training program (70+ service engineers).Be the point of entry for any critical situation escalated to the AS management. Manage and organize resolution of the issue involving all stakeholder. Analyse, plan and propose action plans, follow up until final resolution. Reporting to AS management with proposition of improvement.Participate to After sale process improvement meeting within European organization.Be the specialist whenever a critical situation requires an expertise at customer site.Validate the IQ, OQ, PQ protocols for XRD, XRD, EDX products.Responsible for the technical information flow (Order modifications, technical bulletin/note,...) between the factory and European Service and Geo Centre (US, Asia).

Manage and organize the after sales activities (technical, logistic, commercial) for the XRF/XRD products for Asia, middle East and North Africa regions.Coordinate and schedule the planning of the field service engineer (HQ team) for the delegations at customer site (installation, maintenance, repair, ...). First line customer Technical support, as well as for European subsidaries.Promote the service contact sales resulting in increase of after sale revenues. Installation of Xray spectrometers (Xray Fluorescence and XRay Diffraction) as well as different modules as samples preparation (press & grinder machine, fusion sample beads), samples handling system (robot - belt feeding, linear robot), installation and set up of remote sofware packages, water chiller, UPS, etc.. (worldwide, mainly Asia, Middle east and Europe).Responsible fo the final acceptance of the system and the customer training on site. Analytical support for the calibration of the spectrometer according to the customer product specifications and quality requirements.Perform preventive maintenance visits, repair and upgrade interventions on installed based system.Act as mentor to new hired field service engineer, deliver training to agents, subsidaries worldwide.
