Responsible for coordinating the evaluation of and response to all requests for quotations (RFQs) received by ICE Group (any affiliate within the Group) for the technical and project management scope within the RFQ. Work in conjunction with different other roles, to prepare a composite Proposal to the client covering all commercial, technical and project management elements needed to secure the associated contract.The main responsibilities of this position cover:- Develop the bidding and project execution strategy,- Coordinate the development of the Scope of Work estimate,- Coordinate the development of the design schedule ,- Provide pricing alternatives through consultation with other roles within the bidding process,- Coordinate the evaluation and proposal of commercial terms with the Contracts Administration Team,- Coordinate the preparation / assemble the proposal documentation for review and approval by Group senior manage and subsequent submission to clients, and- Represent the Company at various marketing functions, events and presentations to potential clients (as a part of ICE’s marketing and business development team).
