My role is to manage client relationships, engaging with them to deliver solutions and projects to plan and to maximize client revenues and profitability. Either working on small scale solutions independently, or larger projects supporting senior stakeholders within the business. I have a solid track record of driving forward the clients needs in order for them to implement successful IT solutions across the UK.

Managing and overseeing a large team with the task of delivering key IT resources into large scale financial services clients, whilst leading on key projects to push our capability beyond what was expected.It was critical that I understood the client demands and had excellent awareness of the business needs in order to drive the team forward successfully.

Managed a team of recruiters delivering into a number of blue-chip clients in our Key Accounts portfolio. I was responsible for ensuring we hit challenging SLAs and KPIs, which included monthly and yearly team sales targets. The role also involved regular liaison with Experis Account Managers and external clients to agree on sourcing strategies and priorities.

My role was to deliver high caliber IT contractors into various different sectors within my assigned clients, as well as help develop the skills of the other members of the team.
