During my engineering career, I have gained experience in streamlining processes and improving production efficiency. I have succeeded in optimizing resource allocation, implementing data management practices, conducting reliability and maintainability analyses, and coordinating large-scale production moves. I have successfully managed a project from inception to completion using the following skills: writing persuasive proposals to secure funding, effectively communicating goals and objectives with outside vendors and contractors, and working collaboratively with my team to remove barriers.
