- Act as a PM faciliator for the client side in managing and handling of main IT vendor fornew premises project. - Oversee the IT project implementation in the new premise and support the existing enterprise operation.- Work closely with vendor PM and vendor project leader on the project phases, project Timelines and Deliverables, product catalogue, milestones. - Work on the project phases for the network integrations between new premise with an operational enterprise.- Interact with main contractor on the 30 network rooms delivery, the fiber across different premises and building structural cabling.- Constant project meeting with vendor PM and client users/planner.- Regular check and scrutinize on the project phase, project requirements and project timelines. - Regular check on the compliance and standards of the tender specification requirements with the actual ground work in the construction areas.- Management update on the project status.- Take part in the planning, negotiation, preparation and execution phase of the IT project.- Coordinate internal and external activities for the project phases to meet year end deadline.- regular check with clients on their office and wards IT network deployment.
