• Led the project on wastewater treatment plant by analyzing trend in past BOD and COD data and reviewing the state-of-art treatment plant technology. Proposal on membrane bioreactor technology was utilized for the basis of treatment plant design that theoretically will comply to the PUB regulations.• Established energy audit program and greenhouse certification requirements for MJN by assessing past energy consumption data.
