• Carrying out deliveries of drinks ordered to the onsite units.
• Managing beer kegs and lines in the various cellars. This includes regularly checking keg stock levels and cleaning beer lines.
• Liaising with bar and restaurant managers to keep stock levels maintained.
• Managing stock levels of wine, beer and soft drinks ensuring no stock depletion.
• Working with the club sommelier to highlight unused wines and to price wines for sale.
• As I was contracted in to help cover the manager for paternity leave, I assisted in training of a new cellar staff member.

-Accept and sort deliveries from suppliers-Pick and load stock for our on site units on to vans-Deliver the picked stock in the vans-Look after stock. Including stock checks and daily warehouse checks

-To help manage the storage facilities for the Engineers and Facilities teams. Ensuring that everything can be found and is stocked up-Take stock counts and help finance on their audits of our stock-Order goods from suppliers for stock for stores and specific jobs

-Upselling of tickets, Chessington and Merlin Annual Passes -Helping the guests with getting into the park, helping them to enjoy their day, selling tickets/picking up tickets, answering any questions they needed answering about the park and interacting with the public making sure they are having a great day.-Responsible to admitting people into the.

Sandown Park

-To get out and pack away karts at the start and end of each day-Set up and check karts are suitable to race in for each person. -To be out on track looking over it and reporting anything to race control. This includes making sure the track is safe with rescuing stuck karts and waving flags.-Help run induction sessions for young children aged 5 to 7 years.
