As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist at Gainwell, I connect passion with purpose by finding and attracting qualified candidates for tech-related positions that are vital to the administration of health and human services programs. I have been working at Gainwell since June 2015, and I have successfully sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates from both internal and external sources, ensuring that recruiting practices comply with EEO and ADA guidelines.I have also contributed to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, using various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referral programs, and job fairs. I have coordinated interview schedules with hiring managers, provided feedback to management about application details, and developed applicant flow for key positions. I have demonstrated my proficiency in Excel by obtaining the Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment certification in November 2022.
