I'm responsible for the performance of all Department functions. I also develop and present to the President matters requiring a decision. Review performance against operating plans and standards. Develops and recommends Operations policy and consults with all segments of management responsible for policies or action. Ensures compliance within area of responsibility. Makes recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures. Reviews and approves the organizational plans that supports daily Operations and issues specific annual objectives to immediate subordinates and reviews objectives of the Operations management.I identify training needs, initiate the development of subordinates and recommend effective personnel action. I coordinate and collaborate with other departments of the corporation in establishing and carrying out responsibilities. Ensures that duties, responsibilities and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.

I'm responsible for the day to day operations for all tradeshows in central florida and surrounding areas. I review all security plans and schedules to make sure that all our clients needs have been met. I also travel to various locations throughout the country as a consultant for many different tradeshows.

Responsbile for the physical and mental well being of all Marines under my care. Developed their leadership, responsibiltiy and maintained good order and discipline within our organization.
