Managed and lead a team of 8 technicians in the build-up of all avionics units to be used on SpaceX vehicles for flight, supporting, and testing needs. - Developed a spreadsheet, using SQL code to extract technician buy-offs and time spent in specific resource codes to track and calculate technician efficiency by determining the amount of work complete per hour. Spreadsheet enabled and motivated technicians to be more efficient by increasing their amount of completed work by 3 times. - Restructured the floor plan to centralize the entire team, but to also increase the aesthetics of the team for the large windows by moving the large assemblies to the windows so passer-bys and tours can see them being built. - Implemented a cross training program within the team to train all technicians of all aspects of ElectroMech in order to enable the team to be more flexible for priority work and technician deployment to mission critical areas.- Worked with engineering and support teams to alter company specifications and processes to remove a significant amount of waste from the production process to drastically reduce lead time for product manufacturing.- Developed and empowers lead technicians to take ownership of the floor and technicians in order to reduce necessary distractions from management team as well as allowing them to completely manage the floor to ensure parts are moving efficiently through each process.

Falcon 9 2nd Stage Integration Tech. - member of Final Integration Team for Flights 25 through 44. - Final installation of rocket's avionics, propulsion, and instrumentation systems.

Led a team of skilled technicians through the 2nd phase of Spacecraft Integration to launch. Works closely with Engineering and Production Management through the build process of Dragon Spacecraft from Primary Heat Shield Mate to shipping. Supports Cape Canaveral launch site for Dragon processing and launch pad as required. Successfully led the team which built Dragons 6 through 11 (current) with each build being completed in a shorter time, less man-hours, and increased efficiency. Also performed final integration on 1st stage, 2nd stage MVAC engine, Interstage, satellite fairings, Payload Adapter Fairings, and Dragon Trunk integration.

Propulsion/Integration Technician for Dragon Spacecraft Assembly. Member of the teams which built Dragon's 5 through 11 from Integration Mate to Flight Ready. Spent 6 collective weeks at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station supporting LC-40 build up, Falcon 9 Flight 7 emergency changes to Stage 2 MVAC engine, and Dragon 5 processing for flight. Supported Falcon 9 Flight 8 changes to Stage 2 MVAC engine at McGregor, Texas.
