Served as Director of Operations and Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at the University of Oklahoma and University of North Texas. Supervised the mission accomplishment of training and developing 180 future, world-class officers and leaders per year for the United States Air Force. Implemented day-to-day operations and ensured the unit’s effective performance in the Air Force’s largest commissioning source. Head instructor/evaluator in collegiate level courses in the topics of leadership, management, military history, and fundamentals. As Education Officer, oversaw test development, curriculum development, instruction, and execution. As the Recruiting Officer, tasked with targeted recruitment, developing leaders, and retaining quality prospects for future service. Rated best unit in ROTC 2015, #1 of 143 detachments.

Directed system engineering and integration of maintenance improvements to avionic systems for 31 E-3 AWACS aircraft fleet totaling $10 billion dollars. Initiated critical maintenance and support programs to affect cost-saving and multi-fleet solutions. Resolved E-3 performance and reliability issues for field and depot-level maintenance.

Principal assistant to a Brigadier General, GS-15, and 3 Colonels. Provided executive management to 5 Groups, 18 Squadrons, and 7 staff offices totaling 9,100 military and civilian workforce. Relayed Commander’s intent to execute $3 billion dollar budget and perform Depot-level maintenance for B-1, B-52, E-3, KC-135 aircraft fleet as well as their engines to include the F-15, F-16, C-17, and F-22

Provided leadership and engineering support for approximately 2,500 group personnel. Performed program management and engineering functions on aircraft avionics test-stands including multiple radar ranges. Managed resources and personnel to maintain test equipment to ensure successful assessments and repairs for multiple airborne platforms such as B-1, B-52, E-3, C-5, C-17, C-130, etc.

Deputy Commander for the Intrusion, Prevention, Response, and Forensics Flight for the 33rd Network Warfare Squadron (AFCERT). Led flight in providing computer/malware forensics analysis, incident response, investigations, vulnerability scanning, and intrusion prevention. Also served as lead Crew Commander for AFCERT intrusion detection flight monitoring AF and CENTCOM sensors globally from host-based to gateway intrusion detection/prevention systems. Coordinated with Intelligence Community to investigate the attribution of adversary network attacks (NetA). Collaborated with multiple DoD, Federal, and Law Enforcement/Counterintelligence agencies to develop and enhance current/future network defense (NetD) and network operations. Managed $125M in assets to direct and deconflict real-time NetD response to network intrusions and global attacks.

Network Capabilities Section, Platforms Branch: Led team of engineers to develop IO capabilities through assessments, prototypes, and demonstrations. Maintained 3 labs/ranges used to test NetD/NetA tools in development. Coordinated with DoD and national level agencies, academia, and industry to focus on IO technologies for DoD acquisitions. Led multiple projects in developing and delivering NetA/NetD tools for cyber warfare.

Attended the University of Oklahoma when selected for a highly sought-after enlisted education program. to obtain my Electrical Engineering degree. High-performing enlisted personnel are selected to advance their education for up to 3-years and commission as an officer upon completion of their degree.

960th and 963rd Airborne Air Control Squadrons. Performed in-flight communication operations and maintenance to support the global airborne warning and control system missions. Missions included strategic warning for North America, support for combatant commanders with battle management, surveillance, identification, aircraft control, early warning, and counterdrug surveillance. Total of 1,085 flight hours with 324 Combat hours in support of OPERATION Southern/Northern Watch, OPERATION Noble Eagle, OPERATION Enduring Freedom, OPERATION Iraqi Freedom.
