In 2013, I said goodbye to my homeland and faced the challenge of living in another state with the objective of graduating in Production Engineering at one of the best universities in the country.Along the course, I ended up discovering a new passion: INNOVATION.As I've always been very interested in technology, reading works by authors like Christensen and Ries (who introduced me to this world), I ended up learning about the Product Management area.It was a perfect marriage that united my desire to learn more about innovation with my professional and personal motivation: making people's lives easier, more efficient and, consequently, funnier.I started working at a GovTech with agile principles (mainly Scrum) in software projects as Product Owner, where I had the opportunity to understand the pains of users and build with them the best solutions.But I didn't manage this alone - I always kept close to me all the company's squads, such as Design, Marketing and the Development team itself, besides, of course, the future users. I'm sure this is critical to success (in addition to being constantly learning about areas I haven't mastered yet) and I'm very proud to have participated in this entire process!Presently, I work in the anti-fraud segment, helping in the development of many solutions ranging from biometrics to automated document validation. I am very happy to be able to work together with excellent developers, data analysts and designers, building Artificial Intelligence models that focus on the end user.My dream is to be able to say one day that I have had a positive impact on society by building solutions that, after making learning from various mistakes, accomplished to hit the nail on the head.
