Prior to becoming a manager, I was a top-grade salesperson in an electronics / retail environment for 3 years. In the years since I have driven similar results leading service, sales, and process-driven teams ranging from 12-20+ associates. In my current role (Dec ‘22) my team includes 2 exempt managers, 2 supervisors and, and a total of approximately 50 employees.
