I have spent most of my adult working career in manufacturing. most notably at GE Current as an assembly associate and line assist. I was given more responsibilities than the average worker by being in charge of the productivity and smoothness of operations for certain assembly lines. I was able to grow my knowledge on how to work and communicate effectively with coworkers as well as management. Most recently, I was enrolled full time in school and learned many different traits such as troubleshooting and different aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering. I have always had a creative mind and always look for the best and most productive way to solve problems, both at work and in everyday life. Like lean processes tell us, there is always room for improvement and I never shy away from the possibility to enhance my skills.
