I expanded the company's design scope by building and implementing a complete design system (Padronizô), ensuring greater consistency in screens and a significant improvement in workflow. This brought much more organization and speed to the development and maintenance of the design.I worked closely with developers during the implementation of Padronizô in the code, ensuring that everything was being built as proposed.I was responsible for the complete redesign of the solution offered by Pagô, enhancing visual consistency and usability. With all the improvements implemented through code and design refactoring, there was an exponential growth observed in the platform, with transactions reaching over R$100 million (USD20 million) in the year 2023 alone.

I joined the Pagô team to take on the role of User Experience (UX) lead, designing the initial versions of the project.I conducted various research activities to understand the primary financial pain points of users and also assisted in identifying the company's target audience.I was responsible for the entire creation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the platform, designing, building, and prototyping all screens and user flows. Additionally, I documented all the flows and worked closely with the development team to provide the customer's perspective.
