Having always been passionate about sport, health and fitness, I specialised in exercise physiology and biomechanics when attaining my BSc degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Upon graduation, I entered a full time personal training role in Matt Roberts Personal Training, in which I spent 5 years honing my trade. In this time, I took a 14months out to travel and expand my horizons. I settled in Melbourne for a year, working various jobs. Upon my return I went back to my old role for 1 year, I was then recruited as a lead technical trainer and researcher at a start up PT company, Common Purpose Club. I have been in this role for 4 months.
