I'm currently working for Legal & General Modular Homes in Sherburn as a Team Administrator and the PA to the Design Director. My PA duties include managing the diary / responding to the emails of the Design Director as well as engaging with other stakeholders within the business. With being the PA, I volunteer for extra tasks such as making sure all his data requirements are up to date e.g Resourcing spreadsheets. This then requires me to transfer the data into Power BI on his behalf. This has also lead me to take more of a interest in data entry and fixing processes within the team. I also attend a lot of confidential meetings in regard to general running of the Design department, of which I chair and note the minutes/actions. My general admin duties include responding to email queries within the business, welcoming external visitors to site, arranging PPE and general stock e.g office supplies and setting up the meeting rooms for training courses for internal and external use.

My roles include working as part of the Back Office Operational Support team in order to liaise with different departments in order to be the last point of call for the checks as part of Drax Power Station. My day-to-day tasks include inputting the rail/road deliveries onto the system, agreeing and checking the daily settlements with our Treasury team and the banks, checking different types of invoices and inputting onto the invoicing system, checking trades for different commodities as well as foreign exchange trades in order to confirm with the counterparties. I deal with a lot of different departments on a daily basis from our Logistics team, Treasury team, traders, Finance, Fuel Accounting and Accounts Payable. I’m used to working to strict deadlines on a daily basis as a lot of the work we fulfill needs to be done by the end of the day.

My roles included working alongside the Account Services department and the Account Managers to help book jobs onto the system. I oversaw the admin work to help create job tickets to book jobs in for production, in order to pass through to the different channels of print production and the warehouse for packing the jobs. Image Data create print for different companies such as banners, leaflets, posters. I also fulfilled the admin work in the office such as filing, archiving folders, uploading stock to the computer. system and helping to create labels for jobs. I also covered on the reception by welcoming visitors onto the premises

I aimed to provide friendly and polite service to the customers. I've also grown in confidence with speaking to the general public as well as working under difficult situations such as dealing with irate customers at times.
